Cathryn Vinciguerra – Preparatory House Manager
As Preparatory House Manager at Calibre, I bring almost a decade of teaching experience across all phases, from preschool to matric. Since joining Calibre in 2019, I’ve served as House Manager for five years, applying a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and academic needs of children at each stage of development.
Our work is guided by the belief that resilience is greater than resistance. We support children through clear boundaries, tailored academic support, and a focus on their social and emotional development. Each day offers a fresh opportunity to reflect and grow through Calibre’s core values: Integrity, Community, Compassion, Growth, and Learning.
We collaborate closely with parents, professionals, and tutors, reviewing progress every ten days to ensure a well-rounded understanding of each child. Our goal is to provide a structured, responsive environment where every learner can thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally.
